Our Jalandhar factory is bonded directly with the Customs Excise office. Goods are checked, palletized, and stuffed inside shipping containers on-site, then locked with customs security seals before rail transit.
1. Production & Quality Stamping
D-45 Focal Point, G.T. Road, Jalandhar complex. Tyres are compressed and tubes are autoclave-cured under direct quality checks.
2. Excise Clearance & Container Seals
Transited immediately to **ICD Ludhiana** (Inland Container Depot). Customs seals are checked and bonded under certified logistics bills.
3. Vessel Loading (Mundra / JNPT Mumbai)
Connected via fast rail cargo to major maritime hubs. Goods are loaded onto cargo liners under FOB/CIF terms for international ports.
**Moisture and Shock Protection**: To prevent warping or rubber oxidation on long oceanic voyages, tyres are stacked in interlocking pattern matrix formats, while tubes are packed in robust, export-grade cardboard boxes with desiccant silica bags.
